Nicole Smyle graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. For over fifteen years, Ms. Smyle worked closely with talented chefs and sommeliers in some of the top restaurants in South Florida ensuring quality control and dedicating her time to learning new trends. Her roles included running day to day operations, balancing inventories, training staff and leading events which drove her to excel in the hospitality industry. With her love for all things culinary, she started a small artisanal jam company that collaborated with local farmers markets and other restaurants.

Nicole is a Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent (LA) which provides a more comprehensive offering for our clients. Her prior experience provides the ultimate background to work with the family business as the Director of Client Engagement and Development with a primary focus on client retention and satisfaction. She brings her hard working, family oriented, and friendly attitude to the firm while she manages our social media platform, creates our bi-monthly newsletters and is an active member of many city business groups such as New York City Hospitality Group and the New York State Brewers Association.
