The role of COO is not one that you see often in accounting firms. But, Smyle and Associates continuously strives to be on the forefront of progress and recognized the need to bring on someone to help run the day to day operations of the firm. Victoria works alongside Aaron and oversees all of the key functional areas of the practice. She has experience and knowledge in senior management, operations, compliance, administration, human resources and financials with a background in accounting, law, government and affordable housing.  She is detail-oriented with a proven track record of spearheading innovative projects and providing operational oversight through executive administrative support and office management.  Part of her core competencies and strengths are being an effective and analytical communicator leveraging organizational and time management skills in order to streamline workflows and to bolster efficiencies.


Victoria received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Florida State University in Political Science/International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University.  She also plans to obtain the Certified Financial planner “CFP” certification to further augment client offerings and demonstrate the commitment that Smyle and Associates has to work in their clients’ best interests at all times when providing financial advice.
